Shahrukh Khan, the King of Bollywood, is coming to Australia to visit the Parramasala Festival in the Sydney suburb of Parramatta. He will perform his two-hour Indian variety show of music, dance and comedy ‘Temptation Loaded’ as part of the festival. Shahrukh Khan is India’s wealthiest celebrity, earning US $37.7 million in 2012 and topping the Forbes India Celebrity Rich List. Khan’s visit was announced by NSW Premier Barry O’Farrell, who is also the Minister for Western Sydney. “Parramasala is a key arts and cultural event on the NSW Events Calender and brings some of the world’s best artists to Western Sydney,” Premier O’Farrell said.

“Shahrukh Khan has featured in 75 films and has more than four million Twitter followers and is one of the most popular and influential Bollywood actors.  His show will attract an audience not only of Indian origin, but will also appeal to his fans overseas including Fiji, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia”. ‘Temptation Loaded’ will be part of the festival in October. Shahrukh Khan will perform at Allphones Arena on October 7.
