Aamir Khan‘s sixteen year daughter, Ira Khan, is happy and is excited about Rio 2 and was spotted at a special screening of the film along with her uncle Imran Khan. Spotted at the screening was Imran Khan‘s mother-in-law Vndana Malik. Ira Khan looked stunning as she donning a chic white top and short skirt and opted for a pair of ankle boots. For Imran Khan, it’s the first time that he has dubbed for a film and is very upbeat Rio 2. “If you look back, ten years ago even in Hollywood it wasn’t a big thing. In the last ten to twelve years, it has started growing in Hollywood and became part of the mainstream, so we have to give it a little bit of time.” stated Imran about Rio 2.

“Rio was an absolutely fun and fantastic watch when it released a couple of years ago. The macaw Blu is a complete delight onscreen and when I was approached to voice Blu in Rio 2 I readily agreed to be part of the film,” Imran said in a statement. Talking about Rajinikanth‘s Kochadaiyaan, Imran said that this film is a big leap for animation movies in India. According to him, Kochadaiyaan will encourage many filmmakers to make animation films in large numbers in India. The Tamil flick is a 3D motion-capture animation movie.

“The fact that a star as big as Rajini Sir has taken part in the animation process is obviously a big step forward. That is the kind of thing that will encourage other people also. If he can do it, we can also do it,” stated Imran at the screening of Rio 2. Imran Khan feels that even Bollywood can belt out some great animation films, as there is immense talent here. “Talent is there in India. Most Hollywood films graphics are being done in India. I am talking about films like Batman and Superman that has happened in Mumbai. So, the talent is here, but the budgets are not there.” said Imran who is soon going to be a proud father.
