We hear on the grapevine that Lara Dutta, who wed Tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi a few months back, is in the family way. However, no confirmation has yet come from the couple. Bhupathi is presently at Wimbledon, while Lara is busy reading and doing yoga.

Buzz has it that Lara and Mahesh do not intend to break the good news before Lara is into the third month of pregnancy. Talking about pregnancy before that is often considered inauspicious. Even Aishwarya Rai’s pregnancy news was recently made public by the Bachchans when she was in the fourth month. However, in Lara’s case we better wait for a confirmation from the couple.
