The film is political spy thriller set against backdrop of the Sri Lankan Civil War of the 1990s. Vikram SIngh (Syed(a)Wasim) is Indian Army special officer who is appointed by Indian intelligence agency RAW to conduct covert operations in Sri Lanka. As he journeys to an island at war, with the intention of disrupting a rebel group, he discover the larger issue. There he meets a journalist (Hema) who is there to reveal the truth about the civil war, and in the process uncovers a conspiracy.
