Amit, a young man who had granted asylum to Raman, a top CBI officer finds him brutally murdered in his house. Amit on the basis of a diary left behind by Raman seeks the help of the inteliigence to overthrow a diabolical plot by the murderers of Raman to assasinate the visiting Chairman of Bangladesh. On accomplishing his mission Amit arrives just in time for his arranged marriage with Chhaya.
