Two brothers get separated in their childhood but both of them grow up to become crooks. One day when Ashok (Sanjeev Kumar) is released from jail, Ranjeet hires him for the master plan to work. According to the master plan, Ashok poses as the great Raja Ranveer Singh in to steal the heart of Preeti (Zeenat Aman), whose dad is a multi millionnaire. But by some situations and circumstances, Preeti and Kishore (Shashi Kapoor) fall in love with each other. What will happen at the end? Will two brothers be reunited?
