Rani Mukerji's 'Mardaani' Trailer Out! Mardaani is an upcoming 2014 Bollywood drama film. It will be directed by Pradeep Sarkar and produced by Aditya Chopra of Yash Raj Films. The film features Rani Mukerji in lead role. Rani will play role of a rough police officer in the film. As she is playing the role of a crime branch officer in the film, she met Mumbai Police Crime Branch chief as part of research for her role.
