The seductive and sultry item number, sung by Kanika Kapoor of Baby Doll fame will feature Deepika Padukone as Mohini. Deepika plays a bar dancer in the film. Happy New Year" is scheduled for Diwali release. It also stars Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Vivaan Shah and Boman Irani.
