Paoli Dam is an Indian actress who mainly appears in Bengali films. She came into prominence with her 2009 film Kaalbela. In 2012 she made her Bollywood debut in Hate Story.

Dam began her acting career in the mega serial Tithir Atithi. Paoli had come into the focus after the success of Kaalbela directed by Gautam Ghose. After that she was selected for a role in Italo Spinelli's film Choli Ke Peeche after Shahana Goswami and Nandana Sen backed out of the project citing excess nudity involved.

Paoli made her debut with the Bengali film Agnipariksha in 2006. She was also featured in Shob Charitro Kalponik alongside Bipasha Basu.

As of October 2012 Dam is shooting for Vikram Bhatt's next production directed by Sohail Tatari, In this film she is playing character of a lawyer.
