Gaurav Chanana is an Indian model, film and television actor. The role which gave Gaurav his major breakthrough and is well known for is of Dr. Rahul Mehra from the popular serial Sanjivani - A Medical Boon on Star Plus channel.

Gaurav started his television career and became famous in Sanjivani - A Medical Boon was a Hindi television serial that was first aired on STAR Plus in 2004, and currently reruns on TV Asia channel in USA from November 3, 2007. He made his debut in music album " chamak cham cham chamake hai sitaro me tu hi" with Rimi Sen.

He acted in the films Woh Tera Naam Tha - Bollywood film from (2004), Zinda (2006), Kajraare (2010), Ishkq in Paris (2012).
