This is the story of the war in 1770 when the Britishers were ruling & poor people had to suffer from their cruelity. They were taking tax forcefully from everyone, even from beggars & those who were not paying taxes, they were showing their cruelity to them. This is the story of a saint - Gurudev who trained many warriors to fight against Britishers. Gurudev Satyananda's (Prithviraj Kapoor) two brave soldiers were Jivananda & Bhavananda (Pradeep & Ajit). Since in those days, ladies were not supposed to enter the battle field but Gurudev dared to enter Shanti alias Narinanda (Geeta Bali) to enter in the battle field to help her husband Jivananda. The film results with the great patriotic feeling in our heart which wants to create a revolution.
