Tells a poignant tale of a young boys vows and sacrifice to see that his elder sister is happy. It tells of the trials and tribulations the young boy has to undergo in life in getting his sister married to a boy of his late fathers choice. God fearing Ram Prasads small family consisted of his daughter Meena and young son Nandoo. Ram Prasads only ambition was to see his belov- ed daughter married to some good boy. He searched and found out suitable groom for his daughter. But the heavy demands of dowry shatt- ered all his drems. Poor Ram Prasad could not bear this shock and sucumed do death. . Nandoo took upon himself the task of realising his fathers unfulfilled dreams. He fought against all odds, overcame all difficulties and ultimately reached the goal.
