There was no fear of police in 80s: Anil Kapoor

Anil Kapoor, who essays the role of ACP Afaaque Baagraan in Shootout at Wadala claims that in 80s people were not scared of police. On being asked about his character and the film, Anil said, "I am playing ACP in Shootout at Wadala and there were gangsters in Bombay in 80s and there was no fear of police. There used to be murders and rapes happening in the city and they used to do what they want.

" How is it to play real life characters on reel? "It's easy because you get lot of information from the same person and also get info from the right source. It is difficult because if the character is there then people will compare. If its imaginary character then people will assume whatever you show them," answered Anil. Shootout at Wadala is all set to release on 1st May.
