The director of Band Baaja Baaraat, and the writer of Chak De! India, get together to form a novel love saga - Shuddh Desi Romance.  The rom-com stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Chopra as screen-sweethearts. Rishi Kapoor also plays an important role. The film introduces Vaani Kapoor. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, produced by Aditya Chopra, and written by Jaideep Sahni, Shuddh Desi Romance releases on 13th September.
