Our secret birdies chirped to us that the makers of Welcome have approached Amitabh Bachchan to be a part of the film’s sequel ‘Welcome back.’ If Big B gives a nod, he will take ahead the role of RDX, originally played by the late Bollywood actor Feroz Khan. Director Anees Bazmee confirmed, “We have not locked Mr Bachchan for Feroz bhai’s role. It was a small role but his (Feroz) presence made the role larger. But this role is big and different in the sequel.”

Producer Firoz Nadiwala said, “We are in talks with Amitji… We are waiting for his approval.”The star cast of this sequel, Welcome Back has other new additions too. The film now includes John Abraham, Shruti Haasan and Kainaat Arora. Well, with each actor stepping into the shoes of the actors from the prequel, we wonder if we will get to see a bald Big B… Let’s wait and watch!
