Not so long ago, rumors were rife that Salman Khan was keen on roping in Deepika Padukone in his next to be directed by Sooraj Barjatya. But if the latest grapevine is true then wethinks Khan wasn’t really interested in working with the Ram-Leela actor. Sooraj Barjatya’s next film with Salman Khan has been in the news ever since the project was announced. The buzz around the film went up a notch higher when reports about Deepika Padukone playing the lead alongside Sallu started doing the rounds. But sadly Ranveer Singh’s alleged girlfriend couldn’t commit to the film because of her choc-o-block schedule. However, we know hear that it Salman who didn’t want to cast Deepika in his film.

 

 

Apparently, it was SK who refused to work with the Cocktail babe. Reports claim that the Jai Ho actor requested Sooraj Barjatya not to sign deepika as he didn’t want to work with a ‘busy’ heroine. Now that’s strange because the superstar has been all praises for the dusky beauty off late. So it’s hard to buy this piece of information. There is possibility that the bhai of Bollywood couldn’t digest the fact that a heroine turned down his offer. After all, every B-town beauty wants to act with the Dabangg Khan, hai na? Maybe that’s the reason why Salman has pulled up this I-don’t-want-to-act-with-a-busy-heroine stunt.

 

If the Being Human star actually asked his filmmaker to not rope in Deepika then it must be because he is insecure. Coz the Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela actor can easily overshadow any male actor in a film with her acting prowess and of course her beauty. Adding another angle to this already twisted tale is – maybe salman khan already has somebody in his mind for the leading lady’s role. We all know he has been helping Elli Avram, Iluia Vantur and Daisy Shah with their filmi careers. So who knows maybe one of these beauties could end up playing Salman’s heroine in Sooraj Barjatya’s next.
