Kareena Kapoor reportedly couldn't hold back her tears while shooting a certain scene for Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine. The Page 3 director recently revealed that the Kapoor lass broke down at the end of a particularly emotional sequence, overwhelmed by the scene's sheer intensity.

Heroine is a fictional account of the life of a successful actress in Bollywood, and follows the trials and travails faced by her in the journey to success and after. The depth and complexity of the film's story were what first drew Kareena to the project. At a recent press meet, the Chameli actress had said, "After a long time I have got the chance to do a movie and role which are performance oriented. Therefore it is special for me."
