It seems to be windfall time for Bollwyood's ace actress Vidya Balan, after having a dreamy run at the Box Office with her hit film, The Dirty Picture, the actress has been showered with an exorbitant gift by none other than her speculated boyfriend, Siddharth Roy Kapur.

According to reports, Vidya's beau Siddharth has bought a Rs 14 crore worth sea-facing flat for the actress. Incidentally, the flat in question is located in Juhu, in a building called Parineeta, which is also the name of Vidya's debut movie.

Apparently, Siddharth approached a high profile property dealer to strike the deal. The dealer in question has reportedly struck many deals for a lot of celebrities in the past, some of them include- Saif Ali Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sachin Tendulkar and Akshay Kumar. With reports hinting at a possible marital alliance between the two in 2012, it seems the much in love couple have started building blocks to a happy married life.
