Bollywood hottie Katrina Kaif, who turned 28 on July 16, had categorically said that she had no special plans for her birthday and that she would be busy working on her latest film on her special day. But the girl seems to have learnt how to tackle unnecessary media attention and keep her privacy intact. News has it that she was at Salman Khan’s residence on her birthday and spent quality time with her former beau and his family.

A popular tabloid revealed that she readily posed for pictures and obliged media persons waiting outside her residence but clearly told them not to follow her. Apparently, Katrina was on her way to Salman’s residence for a hush-hush party organized by the ‘Dabangg’ star.

A source said to the tabloid, “It was Katrina’s plan to fool the media and she did manage to some extent. She had her own plans chalked out and did not want anyone in the media to know about it. That’s exactly the reason why she asked the shutterbugs waiting outside her home to not follow her when she left her house last night.”

“She went to Salman’s house and made sure that no one would notice her while entering the house. He did not invite people from the film industry for this bash. It was a small private affair with only few close family members and a couple of friends from the industry,” added the source.
