Bollywood actress Rani Mukherjee's brother Raja has been arrested by Mumbai police for allegedly molesting a TV actress. A television actress accused Raja of molesting her saying that the incident happened when she met Raja to narrate a script.

In her complaint, she further added that Raja molested her in his car. "The woman had gone to show Raja Mukherjee a script. He tried to molest her in the car," said ACP Narsingh Sherkhan. Following the victim's complaint, the police arrested Raja on Sunday. Before take into custody, Raja was sent for medical test.

Currently, the Mumbai police has lodged Raja in Andheri jail and a case under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against him. Raja, the a son of Filmalaya Studios founder Ram Mukherjee, will be produced in the court on Monday.
