While promoting his upcoming film Aarakshan on the reality show X Factor, Amitabh Bachchan nearly got his head 'smashed'!

'Was on X Factor to promote #aarakshan ... lovely to meet up with SanjayLeela Bhansali .. and the wonder of talent in contestants .. Slipped on the set of X Factor and almost broke my head .. but managed .. looked stupid .. but better a foolish slip than a slippery fool ..thats for me on the set of X Factor where I almost smashed my head, by missing a step !' Bachchan tweeted. The participants paid a special tribute to the actor that thrilled him. 'Delighted to be in company of such honest talent and see them do special numbers of my old films .. so humbling .. thank you X Factor,' he added later.
