Since the grand reception that will apparently host over 500 guests including the 'creme de la creme' of Bollywood is still a few days away, some of Shahid's tinsel town friends have taken to social media platforms to congratulate the newlyweds until they themselves can join in the wedding party.  The couple was congratulated by former co-star Amrita Rao, from Shahid's biggest hit from his career, Vivaah. She said, ''Congrats @shahidkapoor on the asli VIVAH. .. Besties to you and the Mrs for a blissful married life." On the other hand, Bipasha who worked with him in Shikhar and was allegedly linked with Shahid in the past, called the newly weds cute. "Congratulations @shahidkapoor. You and Mira look very cute. Stay blessed together forever." 

 

 

Couple and friends of Shahid from the fraternity, Genelia & Riteish also joined in on the well wishers saying, "@shahidkapoor congratulations Shahid and Mira... Beautiful beginning to a beautiful life together." Riteish added, "Congratulations my friend. Wishing the newly weds @shahidkapoor and Mira a world of happiness. #PicturePerfect." Lauren Gottlieb, who will be accompanying Shahid in the judging panel of the dance reality show, suggested they celebrate on the sets of Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa, "Congratulations @shahidkapoor. Wishing you and Mira a blessed journey! Celebrating next week #JhalakReloaded style!" Even Kangana Ranaut who will soon be seen sharing the screen with Sasha in Rangoon wished him a happy married life.
